Pootlers Design Team – July – Week 2

Welcome back to week 2 of the June Design Team with Orange Blossom stamp set.  This week I have decided to make a 3D project, using my own stamped cardstock. I really enjoyed this weeks make as it enabled me to ‘think outside the box’ and create something beautiful.

The shape of the box was inspired by a beautiful ceramic vase I saw in a shop window, I just hope mine is half a pretty as that one.

 

I decided to use subtle shades on box as I think the shape of it and the stamped pattern speak for themselves. The colours are Peekaboo Peach, Pear Pizzazz and Powder Pink which work together beautifully.

The Flowers were made using Berry Burst and Fresh Fig ink and cardstock stamped with the Daisy Delight Stamp Set and punched with the coordinating Daisy Punch.
